Business problem

Currently, users must build extensive, complex individual journeys to cover all potential use cases, leading to large Journey structures that are difficult to manage and navigate.

Wished result

A "jump to journey" step that allows users to link multiple separate journeys together. This would enable a more modular approach, making it easier to maintain, edit, and expand specific parts of a flow without affecting the entire general journey.
