Customer first name placeholder for emails

Business problem

The customer service team currently has to manually copy and paste each customer's first name into emails, because there is no automated placeholder that filters for the first name only.

Desired outcome

In addition to the existing placeholder for the full customer name, a specific placeholder for the customer's first name (e.g., customer.firstname) should be available, similar to the options that exist for employees.
