Lightspeed C-series compatibility

Business problem

A customer reported frustration regarding a broken integration workflow with Trengo and Lightspeed, as this integration has previously worked as part of their established operational process.

After internal technical investigation, we confirmed the customer is currently using Lightspeed C-Series. At the moment, Trengo only supports integration with Lightspeed E-Series (formerly Ecwid), which uses a different authentication and connection flow. Because of this architectural difference, C-Series accounts are currently not compatible with the existing integration.

Customer would like to have Lightspeed C-Series compatibility.
