Magento integration for AI Agent order tracking

Business problem

Many e-commerce businesses use Magento, but without a native integration, the AI Agent cannot access order-related data. This prevents the automation of the most frequent support inquiries, such as "Where Is My Order" (WISMO), return statuses, and delivery updates, forcing manual handling of these queries.

Wished result

A read-only Magento integration for the AI Agent that allows it to retrieve live order data to answer customer questions automatically. The integration should cover order and delivery statuses, return/refund updates, product availability, cancellation eligibility, and payment confirmations without requiring technical setup from the administrator.
