Persistent, Repeating Notifications for Unanswered Incoming Chats

The issue we are encountering is that incoming chats are not clearly visible. A chat arrives with a short notification in the top right corner and a brief sound, but after that, it 'disappears,' making it impossible to see or hear that an open chat is pending. This forces agents to constantly check whether new chats have arrived, which is highly inefficient.

It would be very helpful to have better chat notifications. Specifically, I would suggest:

• Persistent notification: Keeping the notification visible in the top right corner until the chat is picked up.

• Audio alert: Repeating a sound notification at regular intervals (for example, every 10 seconds) until the chat is assigned.
