Currently, agents working within a shared Trengo instance can access data and settings belonging to other end-client brands. This includes visibility into report filters, ticket metadata, and global configurations for journeys and bots across all teams and channels.

A granular permissions system that strictly scopes agent access to their assigned teams and channels, ensuring complete data isolation between different client brands on the same instance.
