Multiple runs for 'message closed' AI Journeys

Business problem

Currently, AI Journeys using the 'message closed' trigger are limited to a single execution per conversation. When a customer re-opens a previously closed ticket and it is subsequently closed again, the journey does not re-trigger, preventing automated follow-ups from occurring on subsequent resolutions.

Wished result

The ability to enable 'multiple runs per journey' for AI Journeys triggered by 'message closed'. This would allow the journey to fire every time a ticket is closed, even if it has been re-opened and handled multiple times within the same conversation thread.
