OR Filters for Custom Views Based on Labels

Business Problem

To distribute inquiries across two different teams, it is necessary to filter inboxes based on specific groups of labels. Currently, views only support AND logic, meaning tickets must meet ALL selected labels rather than any one of the labels from a subset.

Desired Outcome

The ability to use OR filters (OR logic) when configuring views. This would allow teams to create a custom inbox that collects tickets tagged with at least one of the selected labels, enabling a more efficient distribution of work between teams.
