Original filename retention in AI Agent Journeys

In Journeys, attachments shared with customers are currently assigned a randomized name instead of preserving the original filename. This lack of clear labeling can appear unprofessional or suspicious to customers, potentially reducing their trust in the provided documents.

Wished result

For the upcoming release in the AI Agent, it should retain and display the original filename for all uploaded documents when shared during a Journey. Maintaining consistent naming conventions will improve the user experience and ensure documents are easily identifiable and trustworthy for the end-user.
