Outbound caller ID masking for voice calls

Business problem

The customer currently cannot mask their outbound phone number to display a more familiar or local number to the recipient. This lack of flexibility compared to their previous Twilio setup can lead to lower call answer rates from clients who do not recognize the Trengo-provided number.

Wished result

The ability to mask outbound calls in Trengo by displaying a verified external phone number. This would allow the user to receive incoming calls via forwarding while maintaining a consistent brand identity by showing their preferred number during outbound dialing.
