Outlook and Google Calendar Integration

Business Problem

Currently, the team must constantly switch between Trengo and external calendar apps to check availability or coordinate appointments. Since collaboration with external partners and customers takes place via both Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, the lack of an integrated solution leads to manual effort, time lost from context switching, and makes it difficult to schedule appointments directly from customer inquiries.

Desired Outcome

A native, bi-directional integration for Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar directly within Trengo. This should make it possible to schedule appointments from within conversations, automatically synchronize Trengo user statuses based on calendar entries, and provide an overview of team appointments to optimize ticket assignments and collaboration with external partners across both ecosystems.
