Business problem

Currently, labels created within the platform are available to the entire channel. Users lack the ability to organize their own workspace with personal labels that are not visible or relevant to other team members.

Wished result

The ability to create user-specific labels that allow individual agents to manage their own folders and organize their "Favorite" overview according to their personal workflow without cluttering the global label list.
