Real-time synchronization of conversation statistics

Business problem

The current refresh rate of the Trengo interface is insufficient for fast-paced environments. This causes statistics for agents and labels to display incorrect information, such as conversations still showing as 'open' when they have actually been closed.

Desired outcome

A direct, real-time synchronization of the inbox and dashboards, so that the status of conversations and their corresponding statistics are updated without delay.
