Agent Audit Log and Traceability

Business Problem

There is a lack of traceability on the platform, which makes team management and internal auditing difficult. Currently, it's not possible to track users' login history, changes in team composition, or actions performed (like creating tags) by agents who no longer have an active license.

Desired Outcome

A detailed audit log that allows viewing agent access, team modifications, and the action history of any user, regardless of their current license status, to ensure service quality and proper workload sizing.
