Right-to-Left (RTL) support in email composer

Business problem

Customer support and sales teams are unable to communicate effectively in native Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic or Hebrew, as the current email editor does not support proper text alignment and direction.

Wished result

A dedicated toggle or button in the message composer to switch text direction to RTL with a single click. Additionally, the ability to set RTL as the default alignment at the channel, user, or browser level to ensure a seamless workflow for teams operating in these languages.
Of course, I might be wrong, but I think it might be as simple as a few hours of development - which makes a great value/effort ratio.
