Risk of replying to the wrong recipient for BCC emails
Business problem
When an email is originally sent to multiple people via BCC and one of these people replies, it's not always clear to which recipient a follow-up message will be sent. When opening a reply in a new conversation, confusion can arise about the actual recipient.
This recently led to an email being accidentally sent to the wrong person, resulting in personal data being shared with someone for whom this information was not intended. This poses privacy and GDPR risks.
Wished result
I want Trengo to more clearly show which recipient a reply is being sent to, especially for replies to BCC emails and when a conversation is opened as a new conversation. For example, by adding an extra warning, a clearer display of the recipient, or a confirmation before the message is sent. This would significantly reduce the chance of errors and of sharing confidential information with the wrong person.
