Currently, contacts need to be exported externally and re-uploaded to Trengo to perform proactive WhatsApp communications related to booking confirmations or event information.
Desired Outcome
To be able to segment contact lists directly within the platform and send WhatsApp messages in bulk, eliminating the need for manual data export and import processes.
