Business problem
The current Shopify integration only displays the order number, requiring agents to manually switch between Trengo and Shopify to view specific product details or access the order management page.
Wished result
An enhanced Shopify sidebar that displays line items (product details) for each order and includes a direct link to the specific order within the Shopify admin dashboard.
