Synchronization of edited messages

Business problem

When a customer edits a previously sent message in the original channel, these changes are not synchronized within Trengo. This causes confusion and miscommunication, as agents respond to outdated information while the customer assumes the edits are visible.

Desired result

It should be possible to display edited messages directly in Trengo, so that agents always have the most recent and accurate content of the conversation.
