Currently, it is not possible to see the number of active conversations assigned to a specific team directly within the folder structure, making it difficult for teams to assess their workload at a glance.

Visible ticket counters next to team folders and filters in the navigation menu, providing immediate insight into the volume of pending tickets per team.
