Team-level notification muting

Business problem
Admins who are members of multiple teams currently receive a notification for every ticket assigned to those teams. This leads to notification overload, making it difficult to distinguish important alerts from general team updates.
Wished result
The ability to "mute" specific teams, similar to how individual channels can be muted. This option should allow users to silence all notifications coming from the channels associated with that team in one click.
