Team mentions in internal notes

Business problem

In organizations with many users and multiple teams, mentioning individual agents one by one in internal comments is time-consuming and inefficient. Currently, there is no way to notify an entire group (or sub-team) at once, such as splitting a large team into smaller units like "X Iscale" and "X Paris" for targeted communication.

Wished result

The ability to @mention an entire team or sub-team within internal notes to automatically notify all members of that group simultaneously.
