Tone of voice settings for conversation translations

Business problem

The current translation feature defaults to a formal tone of voice (e.g., using "u" in Dutch or "Sie" in German). For companies that maintain an informal relationship with their customers, these translations feel stiff and do not align with their brand identity.

Wished result

The ability to toggle between formal and informal tones for translations, or the option to provide brand-specific examples for the translation engine to learn from. This would ensure translations use informal pronouns like "je/jij" or "du" instead of their formal counterparts.
