Trengo Voice API for outbound calls

Business problem

Teams currently have to manually search for contacts or copy-paste phone numbers from their external CRM into Trengo to initiate calls. This manual process is time-consuming and prone to errors, such as dialing incorrect numbers when multiple contact entries exist.

Wished result

The ability to trigger outbound calls in Trengo Voice via an API endpoint or external trigger. This would allow for the integration of a "call contact" button within external CRM systems, enabling agents to start calls directly without leaving their primary workflow.
