Currently, API keys must be generated through an individual Trengo user account. This creates a single point of failure and security risks, as the integration's functionality is tied to a specific person's status and permissions within the organization.

The ability to generate standalone API tokens or service accounts that are decoupled from individual user profiles, ensuring more stable and production-friendly integrations.
