User overview search improvements

Business problem
Finding specific users is currently slow and inefficient because the user list only loads in batches of 25. This requires manual scrolling and waiting for multiple "load more" triggers before a browser search (Ctrl+F) becomes effective for updating or deleting specific team members.
Wished result
A more efficient way to manage and locate agents, such as a dedicated search bar for the user overview or the ability to load the entire list at once to improve findability.
