Improved visualization of attachments for email recipients

Business Problem

Email attachments are often overlooked by the recipient because there is no attachment icon, and the files are not clearly displayed at the bottom of the email as they are in Gmail. The current text-only display looks like a disclaimer, causing external contacts to miss important documents.

Desired Outcome

A clearer overview of attachments for the email recipient, including an attachment icon and a visual display of individual files in a bar at the bottom of the message (similar to the Gmail interface), so attachments are instantly recognizable. This is about how recipients who do not use Trengo see the email; for Trengo users, the view is already clear.
