Undo Send for Email with a Cancel Button

Business problem

Currently, emails are sent immediately after clicking the send button. This leaves no opportunity to correct mistakes or cancel the email if an agent clicks too quickly or discovers an error in the message.

Desired outcome

The introduction of a send delay for emails, for example 5 seconds, which would display a cancel button to stop the email from being sent.
