Business problem
The current status indicators for sent WhatsApp messages (the checkmarks) are not visible enough for agents in Trengo, which creates uncertainty about the delivery status of messages.
Desired outcome
The read receipts in the inbox should be displayed more prominently, preferably by using the familiar blue checkmarks that users are accustomed to from the original WhatsApp interface.
