End users currently cannot identify which agent they are communicating with in a WhatsApp conversation because the interface doesn't display the agent's identity. This becomes particularly confusing for the customer when multiple agents handle the same conversation, as there is no consistent way to distinguish who is responding.

Wished result

The ability to include an automated or manual signature in WhatsApp messages. This would provide a smoother, more professional experience than using quick replies and ensure the agent's identity is always clear to the end user, regardless of handovers within the team.
