Currently, there is no way to manage WhatsApp "Updates" (Channels) through Trengo, making it difficult for the team to centralize outbound information and monitor how customers react to these broadcasts.

Support for the WhatsApp Channels (Updates) feature within Trengo to allow pushing information to prospects and clients while tracking the volume of reactions received on these posts.
