In long WhatsApp conversations, it is difficult for agents to reference specific previous messages, which often leads to confusion and lost information for both the team.
Wished result
The ability to quote individual messages within a WhatsApp chat, similar to the native "reply-to" function in the standard WhatsApp application, to provide clear context in replies.
