Business problem
The current WhatsApp send_template API method limits the number of ticket properties that can be modified during the initial call, necessitating manual intervention or secondary automations to organize the resulting tickets.
Wished result
Extend the send_template method to allow setting additional ticket variables directly within the same API request, specifically the ability to assign a user or team (assignee) and add one or more labels to the ticket.
