Business problem

When opening a ticket after a general search, it is currently difficult to find specific information within a long conversation. When a ticket contains dozens of messages spanning several months, agents have to scroll manually to locate the relevant keyword or message.

Desired outcome

An internal search function or search bar within the ticket view that allows users to search specifically for keywords within the message exchange and threads.
