Journey Chat logic improvement to have natural conversations with your customers

We’ve just rolled out an important update that makes AI conversations feel more natural— for your customers.

Over time, we received several reports about that the AI was responding multiple times (the same message), when a customer sent quick follow-up messages after each other. This led to duplicate AI replies, making interactions feel unnatural.

This issue was especially noticeable in the Playground and on the channels/inbox where conversations happened. We've invented a new way that handles complex chat situations, which we’ve tested and implemented.

This resulted as well in the removal of the forced 5-seconds delay, which is replaced with a more intelligent solution, resulting in faster replies. No more waiting for no reason 🎉.
