Journey Runs give you the insights per triggered automation

AI Journeys is our powerful no-code AI builder to deliver and automate exceptional customer service. But even with using it, it felt sometimes like a blackbox when having it running live.

Which decisions had the AI made during a conversation with a customer? From today it's not a black box anymore. Admins and supervisors have now the power to fully understand how AI Journeys have performed and made certain decisions during a Run (a triggered/executed Journey)

In a nutshell:

• See all the Runs of Journeys during a Ticket or from the Webhook trigger
• Understand better which route/condition/decision AI Journeys has made in a ticket.
• Have a Run overview with all the actual statusses and have a realtime view of what happening (completed/escalated/running runs etc).
• See per Run the amount of time the automation has been saved.
