Record & send voice messages on WhatsApp and other messaging channels

From now on, customers can record and send voice messages directly from Trengo, making their experience much smoother!

Important notes:

• Once a voice note is recorded, it’s automatically attached to the message.
• Voice notes have a 5-minute limit (there’s a visual indicator for this and the record stops).
• Customers can send both text + voice notes. This will automatically split into two separate messages, just like WhatsApp: first the voice memo, then the text.

- We are using a 3rd party to process the voice memos and our T&C have been updated accordingly already.

• All customers will have access to this new feature.
