Use the same template across WhatsApp numbers

Our WhatsApp Templates page has been fully renewed.

Customers can now:

• Filter by status, channel, label & language
• Search by template name
• Use one template across multiple numbers

Why this last one matters
Customers with many phone numbers used to recreate the same template for every number, which was very time consuming.

Now you just select the channels you want - one template, instantly available on all channels under the same WABA (ID).

You can also update existing templates and enable them on more channels with one click. 🙌
