Trengo now supports WhatsApp messages with video attachments—making customer interactions more engaging and dynamic!

• MP4 video support – Send and receive video files via WhatsApp.
• Works across all WhatsApp messaging types – Use video attachments in Inbox messages, templates, and broadcasts.
• Meta-supported file size limits:
• Videos: Up to 16MB (messaging, templates, and broadcasts), and MP4 only.
• Images (JPEG, PNG): Up to 5MB (normal messages, templates and broadcasts).

This update enables richer communication, helping businesses showcase products, share tutorials, and provide more personalized support through video.
