De mogelijkheid om Trengo als Model Context Protocol (MCP) server te koppelen aan externe AI-systemen. Hierdoor kan relevante context uit klantcommunicatie direct worden ontsloten in tools zoals Cursor.ai, OpenClaw of andere AI-gedreven workflows.
