Probleemstelling
De huidige Shopify-integratie toont alleen het bestelnummer, waardoor medewerkers handmatig moeten wisselen tussen Trengo en Shopify om specifieke productdetails te bekijken of de orderbeheerpagina te openen.
Gewenst resultaat
Een verbeterde Shopify-zijbalk die de bestelregels (productdetails) voor elke bestelling toont en een directe link bevat naar de specifieke bestelling in het Shopify-beheerdersdashboard.
